Changes as from 1st April 2024
The change of company name from Leader Gasket Technologies s. r. o. to ERIKS s.r.o. as from 1st April 2024. All other company identifications remain without any change. We kindly ask you for updating that information in your ERP system and use the new company name ERIKS s.r.o. in all communications, deliveries, invoices and payments as from 1st April 2024. And vice versa all communication from our side will be executed with the new name of ERIKS s.r.o. as from 1st April 2024.

Implementation of corporate ERP system and Deliveries
Our company is a part of ERIKS Group. We are implementing the corporate ERP/SAP system to support our business growth.
SAP Go Live is planned for April 2024.
A challenge of any ERP Implementation is increased lead times during the initial phase after go-live. Our project team is carefully managing potential risk and taking action to minimize it as much as possible. If your order is somehow still impacted, you will be consulted by our experts prior to sending our order confirmations. They will work with you to find a solution that minimizes the impact on your business.
Company business currency
We would like to emphasise that our company business currency is EURO (€) only. Could you kindly update your ERP database accordingly.

We kindly ask our suppliers to use our new Email address for sending invoices as from 1st April 2024: finance@eriks.sk
At the same time we kindly ask you for showing our PO number on each invoice. It will support our smooth processing and settlement of invoices.
